I finished the SFCC Saddlemaking program in 1996 and came here to Choteau, MT and set up shop. I can't believe I've been at it for 11 years! Man, time sure does fly. 

I handcraft everything, from small gift items to custom built saddles, right here in the shop. With a strong commitment to quality, I've experimented with some other skirting and  concluded that Hermann Oak saddle skirting on a handmade rawhide covered tree is still the only way to go. I guarantee my work, and  “product test” in the Bob Marshall every chance I get. 

This past year, I got to do something I've dreamed of since I was in school...I built a show saddle for the Colorado Saddlemaker's Assoc. "Art of the Saddlemaker Show". Visit the "What's New Page" for details.  

I also stand a Morgan stallion here in Choteau and usually have some young stock for sale. Take a look on our "Horses" page.
