This
saddle was displayed at the Colorado Saddlemaker's Assoc. "Art of the Saddlemaker
Show" in September, 2006. This was a juried show held at the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs.
Built on a Rod Nikkel Weatherly tree, this saddle combines beauty and function in a piece of western art that will stand the test of many long days on horseback. The seat is 15", fork is 8" wide and the taylor shape cantle is 4 1/2" x 12. I carved it with a combination of my 2 favorite patterns, lilies and wild roses. SOLD! |
